These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to the https://socalemergencyplumbingcorona.com website and to every plumbing job SoCal Emergency Plumbing Corona does for you. Every job is carried out under CSLB license #1131308, and SoCal Plumbing Co Inc is the license holder. If you use the website or book a service with us, you are agreeing to these Terms.
Scope of Services
We handle plumbing diagnosis, repairs and installations, along with 24-hour emergency response, for homes and light commercial properties in Corona and throughout Riverside County. Work is done to the California Plumbing Code under our C-36 plumbing license, and the contractor bond on that license is $25,000.
Estimates & Pricing
- No work begins until you have a written estimate and have agreed to it.
- Each estimate is good for the period printed on it.
- Extra work discovered during a job goes ahead only with your written approval.
- Any charge for a night, weekend or emergency visit is made clear before a plumber heads your way.
Payment Terms
Unless we have agreed in writing to something else, you pay when the work is complete. Your estimate or invoice lists the payment methods we take. Overdue balances may carry interest at up to the highest rate California law permits.
Workmanship Warranty
A written workmanship warranty covers our labor; your estimate or invoice states its terms. Each manufacturer warrants its own parts and equipment on its own terms. The warranty excludes damage caused by misuse, freezing, shifting ground or slopes, or another party's work.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
To cancel or reschedule a visit, let us know at least 4 hours before it, so the slot can be offered to someone else who needs it.
Site Access & Safety
On your side, you agree to give the plumber a safe way into the work area (opening gates and arranging HOA or building entry where your community requires it), to warn us of any hazard you know about (structural damage, mold, asbestos, lead), and to keep children and pets away from the area while the plumber works.
Limitation of Liability
As far as the law permits, our total liability on any claim about our services or this website will not exceed what you paid for the service involved, and we are not responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.
Website Use
The content of https://socalemergencyplumbingcorona.com is general information and cannot replace advice from a plumber who has examined your system in person. Do not copy, scrape or republish it unless we have given written permission.
